The GSA 2018 Annual Scientific Meeting was held in November 14-18, 2018 in Boston, Massachusetts by Gerontological Society of America, which is the oldest and largest interdisciplinary scientific organization devoted to the advancement of gerontological research, learning, and practice.

Prof. Noriko Yamamoto-Mitani gave the speech of the topic " Staff-centered case conference for staff well-being and care quality improvement in Long-term care " and co-author of the poster reports on the study of "Factors associated to quality of care process in Long-term care Hospitals: A multilevel analysis" and "Awareness of advance care planning and advance directive among older adults in Japan, Hong Kong, and Korea" . The attendees showed interests and discussed in those research topics.
