博士論文提出 Handed in the Doctoral thesis

D３の市川さんが博士論文を提出されました。本当にお疲れ様でした。審査はまだこれからですが、一区切りとして、ささやかなパーティを開催させていただきました。

We had a little party for our doctoral student who handed in her Doctoral thesis. There are still  examination remaining, but still, she gave a sigh of relief.
