The GSA 2018 Annual Scientific Meeting was held in November 14-18, 2018 in Boston, Massachusetts by Gerontological Society of America, which is the oldest and largest interdisciplinary scientific organization devoted to the advancement of gerontological research, learning, and practice.
The scholars and professionals from all over the world in various disciplines attended this conference to report and learn the latest trends, build strategic partnerships to address aging challenges focusing for longer lives. Professor Noriko Yamamoto-Mitani and researcher Dr. Fengying Zhang attended the conference.

Prof. Noriko Yamamoto-Mitani gave the speech of the topic " Staff-centered case conference for staff well-being and care quality improvement in Long-term care " and co-author of the poster reports on the study of "Factors associated to quality of care process in Long-term care Hospitals: A multilevel analysis" and "Awareness of advance care planning and advance directive among older adults in Japan, Hong Kong, and Korea" . The attendees showed interests and discussed in those research topics.
